• What is Purple Phaze??

  Purple Phaze, put simply, is a store with a silly name that sells handmade gifts. As a Wiccan, I wanted my store's name to reflect a key aspect of my spirituality, while also being a weird little pun.

  The moon is a prominent guide in my everyday life, beyond being a rock in the sky that causes the tides, seems to change shape, and acts as a beacon of nighttime luminescence. Whether I see a glowing crescent, semicircle, or the whole shebang, I feel a sense of warmth, safety, and sometimes hope when I need it. Every phase of the moon is symbolic and, in Wicca, dictates our emotions, reactions, personalities, and so much more. Even if you think that's a load of barnacles, you can't knock its beauty.

  Additionally, several of my products are smoker paraphernalia: ashtrays, roach clips, rolling trays, etc. As a 420-friendly creator with friends who are fellow smokers, I figure why not include gifts for our own demographic?? And I'm fairly certain most smokers out there - if not all - are aware of the strain "purple haze".

  So, mix moon phases, that specific strain, and my favorite color, play with the spelling and...

• What does Purple Phaze sell??

  I enjoy messing around with epoxy resin, jewelry, papercraft, paints, clay, fabrics - so the possibilities are endless!! I'll introduce new products as my interests shift, so surely there will be a gift for every person who visits. And if there isn't, I'm open to suggestions!!

  A large aspect of my store is that I offer customizable options for almost every product, especially resin-based gifts. I enjoy creating items that reflect individuality, so if that's your jam, feel free to place orders for personalized products, whether they be for you or for a loved one!!

• How do I customize products??

  1. Select the product that reflects your desires. For example, if you'd like a clear ashtray with rose gold foil, select "clear + 1 add-in"

  2. After placing your order, email me directly with your order number and your desired personalization.

  3. If your order contains a gift for a loved one and you'd like to include a card with your own message, let me know!! You can include what you'd like it to say, or I'll write one up myself.

  If you are at all confused about how to go about placing a custom order, please don't hesitate to reach out to me!!

• How long does it take custom items to be made??

  Typically, non-resin custom items are ready within 1 day, whereas resin items take 2-3 days to finish. Resin products require the most time due to the curing duration - my ashtrays, for example, fully cure within 2 days. Once they are no longer tacky to the touch, I allow an extra day to really make sure everything is set.

  Sometimes, a resin product is tacky even after 2 days - in this case, I apply a clear coat and give it 24-36 hours to set (depending on the size of the item). This will add another day or 2 onto the curing time.

  I'd rather ship fully-cured creations than figure "One day is good enough" and risk your product sticking to its packaging or anything else!! So please allow up to 1 week for your custom resin products to be complete.

  You will be notified of any delay extending past 1 week from the order date.

• I have a specific request for a custom item. How do I communicate it to you??

  Before you place a custom order, shoot me a message using the store's "Contact" form with any and all details!! If you would like to provide reference pictures, do so in an email to [email protected].

  I will work with you to achieve the desired outcome of your custom orders!! However, if I am unable to exactly mimic an idea, I would rather it be communicated prior to you paying.

• How will my order be packaged??

  All packaging - excluding packing tape - is environmentally friendly and can either be recycled or reused. Items will be shipped using:

  - Cardboard boxes
  - Kraft cardstock, product boxes, and paper
  - Paper shreds for cushioning
  - 100% hemp string
  - Washi tape
  - Fabric drawstring pouches
  - Packing tape

  Orders containing products of different types and sizes will include most if not all items above.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive (depending on the efficiency of your local postal service). You will receive a tracking number once your products have been shipped!!

  International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  Due to COVID-19, your shipment may face delays.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do!!
